Responsibilities: Client Consultations: Meet with clients to assess their life insurance needs and offer tailored solutions that protect their financial future.Product Offerings: Present and explain a range of life insurance products to help clients secure coverage that fits their goals.Customer Education: Educate clients on the importance of life insurance and guide them through the decision-making process.Marketing & Networking: Develop strategies to expand your client base through referrals, community events, and social media outreach.Relationship Building: Build lasting relationships with clients by providing ongoing service and support as their needs evolve.Sales Targets: Set and achieve personal sales goals while maintaining high ethical standards and excellent customer service.Professional Development: Participate in continuous training, workshops, and mentorship programs to sharpen your skills and advance your career.Team Collaboration: Work alongside a supportive team of agents and mentors, sharing ideas and helping each other succeed. Qualifications: • No previous insurance experience required —we provide full training. • High school diploma or equivalent (college degree is a plus but not mandatory). • Strong interpersonal and communication skills —the ability to build relationships and explain concepts clearly. • Motivated and self-driven —a desire to succeed in the life insurance industry. • Entrepreneurial mindset —you’re excited about building your own client base and managing your own success. • Willingness to obtain a life insurance license (PHP will guide you through the licensing process). • Positive attitude and work ethic —you’re committed to helping others and building a fulfilling career. Compensation: $85,000 - $150,000 yearly
