Responsibilities: • Conduct client consultations to assess financial life insurance needs and provide personalized recommendations for life insurance and financial products. • Present clear and detailed explanations of various financial solutions, such as life insurance, retirement plans, and savings strategies, • Educate and assist clients in understanding the array of financial options available to them, aiding in safeguarding their financial health. • Develop tailored strategies specific to expand the client base through referrals, engagement on social media platforms, and participation in local networking activities. • Cultivate lasting relationships with clients by offering continuous financial guidance and adjusting plans as required. • Establish and achieve sales targets monthly and quarterly while upholding high standards of ethics and customer service. • Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities including training sessions, workshops, and mentorship programs, to enhance skills and advance career growth.
