    PRO Companies is a dynamic organization hiring professionals in human services and health and wellness. Our PRO ABA Services division provides Intensive Behavioral Health Services to children and youth in home, school, and community settings, while our PRO Pediatric Services division delivers a variety of school-based services. With a strong presence in various counties across Pennsylvania, we aim to positively impact individuals and communities.

    What You’ll Do:

    As the Entry-Level Marketing & Recruiting Specialist, you will play a key role in attracting and interacting with top talent while shaping our employer brand. You'll actively recruit and interview candidates for key positions, develop and execute marketing strategies, and manage job postings and social media campaigns. This is a full-time, Monday-Friday position working out of our King of Prussia, PA office.

    • Implement innovative recruiting strategies to attract top candidates
    • Actively source, screen, interview, and engage with potential candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and applicant tracking system, Crelate
    • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires
    • Manage job postings and candidate engagement
    • Create compelling social media and employer branding content
    • Develop marketing campaigns to showcase our dynamic company culture and growth opportunities
    • Partner with leadership to promote employee success stories and workplace achievement
    • Assist with career fairs, networking events, partnerships and more!

    What We’re Looking For:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, HR, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
    • At least one year of experience in recruiting, marketing, or employer branding – internship experience is considered! New grads are encouraged to apply!
    • Strong digital marketing & social media skills (experience with Canva is a plus!)
    • Excellent communication & storytelling abilities
    • Ability to work independently & collaborate with a team
