    Job Summary

    The Entry-Level Personal Assistant will work closely with executives, handling a variety of administrative and organizational tasks to enhance efficiency and productivity. This role is ideal for a self-starter with excellent time management skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage calendars, appointments, and schedules for executives.
    • Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
    • Handle travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
    • Assist with organizing and prioritizing tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
    • Respond to emails, phone calls, and other correspondence on behalf of executives.
    • Maintain and organize files, records, and important documents.
    • Run errands and handle personal tasks as needed to support executives.
