Key Responsibilities:

Assist with Accounts Payable/Receivable (AP/AR): Help manage high volumes of transactions and ensure financial accuracy.

General Ledger & Financial Statements: Support the preparation of balance sheets and financial reports, learning to manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closes.

Internal Audits & Compliance: Help conduct regular audits to ensure all financial records are accurate and compliant with industry standards.

Financial Analysis & Reporting: Gain hands-on experience analyzing financial data, offering insights into key business decisions.

Property Accounting Software: Utilize Yardi Voyager for daily accounting tasks—perfect for those interested in real estate systems and tech.

Cash Flow Management: Monitor daily cash positions and assist with fund releases to maintain smooth operations.

Qualifications:

Recent graduate or soon-to-be graduate with a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.

Strong interest in accounting or finance, particularly in commercial real estate.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, data analysis, etc.).

Any exposure to property management, real estate, or accounting software like Yardi Voyager is a plus (but not required).

Ability to learn quickly, work independently, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and a passion for problem-solving.
