Responsibilities: • Develop leads within the Santa Monica area to expand the client base • Participate in training sessions aimed at enhancing real estate knowledge and skills • Follow up diligently on leads until appointments are scheduled with a listing or buyer’s agent • Maintain consistent communication with homebuyers through phone calls and emails to foster relationships and increase brand awareness • Prepare monthly and quarterly sales reports to track team progress toward company goals • Respond to sales inquiries from qualified leads and successfully convert them into new clients • Ensure accurate customer information is maintained for agents using the CRM system • Efficiently arrange and conduct appointments with clients to provide outstanding service Qualifications: • To be considered for the Entry-Level Residential Real Estate Sales Agent position in Santa Monica, CA, US, candidates must possess a valid Real Estate License or be actively working towards acquiring one • Prior experience in sales is a mandatory requirement for applicants interested in this role • Effective communication abilities are essential for successfully engaging with clients • The compensation package includes opportunities to earn commissions • All candidates must have a valid Driver's License Compensation: $85,000 - $176,500 yearly
