Responsibilities: • Develop leads to identify potential clients interested in real estate services in De Pere, WI, US • Participate in training sessions aimed at improving knowledge and skills related to the real estate industry • Persistently follow up with leads until appointments are scheduled with either a listing agent or buyer’s agent • Maintain regular communication with homebuyers through phone calls and emails to uphold relationships and ensure brand recognition • Generate monthly and quarterly sales reports to monitor team progress toward meeting company objectives • Handle sales inquiries from qualified leads and effectively convert them into new clients • Utilize a CRM system to keep customer information accurate and up-to-date for agents • Efficiently schedule and conduct appointments Qualifications: • To be eligible for this position as an Entry Level Real Estate Sales Agent in De Pere, WI, US, it is required to hold a valid Real Estate License or show the willingness to obtain one • Previous sales experience is a must-have for this role • Effective communication skills are crucial for engaging with clients successfully • The compensation package includes commission opportunities • Possession of a valid Drivers License is a mandatory prerequisite Compensation: $74,500 - $182,600 yearly
