Responsibilities: • Develop leads customized to build a strong client base within the luxury real estate market of Long Beach, CA. • Participate in specialized training programs focused on enhancing knowledge and skills in the luxury real estate sector. • Diligently follow up on leads until securing appointments with a listing or buyer's agent, ensuring a seamless client experience. • Maintain consistent and effective communication with potential homebuyers through phone calls and emails, emphasizing the importance of building relationships and brand recognition. • Create and deliver monthly and quarterly sales reports to monitor team progress towards meeting company objectives accurately. • Address sales inquiries from qualified leads and successfully convert them into valuable clients. • Update and maintain precise customer information in the CRM system for agent reference. • Efficiently schedule and conduct appointments with a professional and customer-centric approach.
