Responsibilities: • Develop connections with potential clients in the Sioux Falls area to generate leads. • Participate in specialized training sessions focused on improving real estate knowledge and skills. • Diligently follow up on leads until securing appointments with either a listing or buyer’s agent. • Maintain consistent communication with prospective homebuyers through phone calls and emails to foster relationships and ensure brand recognition. • Prepare and present monthly and quarterly sales reports to monitor team progress toward company objectives. • Handle sales inquiries from qualified leads and successfully convert them into new clientele. • Ensure customer information is accurate and up to date for agents using a CRM system. • Efficiently schedule and conduct appointments to maximize productivity. • Maintain regular follow-ups with leads to nurture relationships and drive conversions.
