Responsibilities: • Develop effective strategies to engage potential clients in the White Plains, NY area and generate leads successfully. • Participate in specialized training sessions focused on enhancing skills and knowledge related to real estate sales. • Ensure continuous follow-up on leads until successful appointments are scheduled with a listing or buyer's agent. • Maintain regular communication with homebuyers through various channels to establish brand recognition for future transactions. • Prepare and deliver monthly and quarterly sales reports to monitor the team's progress toward achieving company objectives. • Handle sales inquiries from qualified leads and skillfully convert them into new clientele. • Proficiently utilize CRM systems to collect and update customer information for agents' reference. • Efficiently manage appointment scheduling and coordination tasks.
