Responsibilities: • Develop leads specifically targeting potential clients located in the Phoenix, AZ area. • Engage in training sessions aimed at enhancing real estate knowledge and skills. • Persistently follow up on leads until appointments are confirmed with either a listing or buyer’s agent. • Maintain consistent communication with potential homebuyers through phone calls and emails to foster relationships and ensure brand recognition. • Generate monthly and quarterly sales reports to track team progress toward company goals. • Respond to sales inquiries from qualified leads and successfully onboard them as new clients. • Manage accurate customer data utilizing a CRM system designated for the agents. • Efficiently coordinate and conduct appointments with clients. Qualifications: • To be considered for this role as an Entry Level Real Estate Sales Agent in Phoenix, AZ, US, it is essential to possess a valid Real Estate License. • Previous sales background is a mandatory requirement to be eligible for this position. • Effective communication abilities play a vital role in successful client engagements. • The compensation structure for this role includes commission opportunities. • Holding a valid Drivers License is a prerequisite for this position.
