Responsibilities: • Develop leads within the San Diego, CA area to grow the client base effectively. • Engage in specialized training sessions focused on enhancing knowledge and skills related to luxury real estate. • Persistently follow up on leads until successful appointments are set up with either a listing or buyer’s agent. • Maintain consistent communication with San Diego homebuyers via calls and emails to reinforce relationships and ensure brand loyalty. • Produce monthly and quarterly sales reports to track team progress towards meeting company goals. • Respond efficiently to sales inquiries from qualified leads and convert them into new clients in the luxury real estate sector. • Accurately manage and update customer information using the CRM system to assist San Diego agents. • Schedule and conduct appointments with clients in the San Diego area in a timely manner. • Attend sales training sessions regularly to enhance skills and knowledge. • Follow up diligently with leads to maximize conversion rates. • Establish new connections to expand the client network. • Set personal goals to drive professional growth.
