Responsibilities: • Develop leads to identify potential clients interested in real estate in Mount Juliet, TN, US • Participate in training programs to expand knowledge and skills related to the real estate industry • Maintain regular follow-ups on leads until successful appointments are scheduled with either a listing or buyer’s agent • Engage with homebuyers through phone calls and emails to nurture relationships and ensure brand recognition • Create and present monthly and quarterly sales reports to monitor team progress towards company objectives • Handle sales inquiries from qualified leads and convert them into new clients effectively • Utilize a CRM system to ensure accurate and updated customer information for agents • Efficiently schedule and conduct appointments with clients Qualifications: • A real estate license is required or the willingness to pursue one is essential • Training will be provided, so prior experience is not necessary • Effective communication skills are crucial for successful client interactions • Commission opportunities are available as part of the compensation package • Holding a valid Driver's License is a mandatory requirement Compensation: $85,000 - $175,000 yearly
