Responsibilities: • Learn and apply lead generation and prospecting systems • Convert pre-qualified leads into clients through follow-up and relationship building • Assist buyers throughout the home search and purchase process • Stay in touch with current clients to support repeat business • Shadow experienced agents on showings, open houses, and client appointments • Contribute to team goals while building your own book of business Qualifications: • Active real estate license (or recently licensed) • Strong communication and people skills • Self-motivated with a desire to grow in a competitive industry • Comfortable with learning new technology and sales systems • Able to work independently and as part of a team • Passionate about providing excellent client service • Commission opportunity Compensation: $85,000 - $1350,000 at plan
