Responsibilities: • Develop leads tailored to establish a robust client base in the luxury real estate market of Long Beach, CA. • Engage in specialized training programs aimed at improving knowledge and skills in the luxury real estate sector. • Diligently pursue leads until securing appointments with either a listing or buyer's agent, ensuring a smooth process for clients. • Maintain consistent and effective communication with potential homebuyers via phone calls and emails, highlighting the importance of building relationships and brand recognition. • Create and deliver monthly and quarterly sales reports to monitor team progress toward company goals accurately. • Manage sales inquiries from qualified leads and convert them into valuable clients successfully. • Ensure accurate and updated customer information is recorded in the CRM system for agent reference. • Efficiently arrange and conduct appointments with a professional and customer-centric approach.
