Responsibilities: • Generate leads specifically tailored to potential clients in the Simi Valley area • Participate in specialized training sessions aimed at expanding real estate knowledge and honing essential skills • Persistently follow up on generated leads until securing appointments with either a listing agent or buyer's agent • Maintain regular communication with prospective homebuyers through phone calls and emails to uphold relationships and ensure brand recognition • Prepare and present detailed monthly and quarterly sales reports to monitor team progress towards achieving company objectives • Manage incoming sales inquiries from qualified leads and effectively convert them into new clients • Maintain accurate and updated customer information for agents using the CRM system • Efficiently schedule and conduct appointments with clients Qualifications: • To be eligible for this role as an Entry Level Real Estate Sales Agent in Simi Valley, CA, US, you should either hold a valid Real Estate License or demonstrate the drive to obtain one. • Previous sales experience is a prerequisite for consideration for this position. • Effective communication skills are vital for engaging with clients successfully. • The position includes commission opportunities as part of the total compensation package. • Possession of a valid Drivers License is a mandatory requirement for this role in Simi Valley, CA, US.
