Responsibilities: • Reach out to potential clients in Oklahoma City, OK, US to generate leads for real estate sales • Attend training sessions focused on enhancing real estate knowledge and skills • Diligently follow up on leads until appointments are scheduled with a listing or buyer’s agent • Maintain consistent communication with homebuyers via phone calls and emails to nurture relationships and ensure brand recognition • Create monthly and quarterly sales reports to track team progress towards company objectives • Respond to sales inquiries from qualified leads and successfully convert them into new clients • Manage and update accurate customer information for agents using the CRM system • Effectively schedule and conduct appointments for real estate sales Qualifications: • To be eligible for the Entry-Level Real Estate Sales Agent position in Oklahoma City, OK, US, candidates are required to possess a valid Real Estate License or demonstrate the determination to obtain one • Prior experience in sales is a mandatory prerequisite for consideration for this role • Effective communication skills are essential for successfully engaging with clients • The position offers commission opportunities as part of the compensation package • Holding a valid Driver's License is a compulsory requirement for this position Compensation: $85,000 - $167,500 yearly
