Responsibilities: • Generate leads for potential clients in the San Diego, CA area to expand the client base. • Participate in training sessions aimed at improving real estate knowledge and skills specific to the luxury market. • Follow up diligently on leads until appointments are successfully scheduled with either a listing or buyer’s agent. • Maintain regular communication with homebuyers in San Diego through phone calls and emails to strengthen relationships and ensure brand retention. • Create monthly and quarterly sales reports to monitor team progress toward achieving company objectives. • Handle sales inquiries from qualified leads effectively and convert them into new clients in the luxury real estate segment. • Manage and update customer information accurately using the CRM system to support agents in San Diego. • Efficiently schedule and conduct appointments with clients in the San Diego area. • Attend Sales Training. • Follow up with leads. • Create New Connections. • Create Goals for yourself. Qualifications: • To be eligible for this role as an Entry-Level Real Estate Sales Agent in San Diego, CA, US, you need to hold a valid Real Estate License or demonstrate a strong willingness to obtain one. • Previous experience in sales is a prerequisite for consideration for this position. • Effective communication skills are a must for engaging with clients successfully. • The compensation package includes opportunities for commission in this role. • Additionally, possessing a valid Driver's License is a mandatory requirement for this position. Compensation: $87,000 - $175,000 yearly
