Responsibilities: • Conduct lead generation activities such as cold calling, door knocking, and attending networking events to attract potential clients. • Engage in training sessions focused on enhancing skills and knowledge in real estate sales. • Ensure persistent follow-up with leads until appointments are scheduled with a listing or buyer's agent. • Maintain regular communication with prospective homebuyers through various channels to establish brand recall. • Prepare monthly and quarterly sales reports to track the team's progress toward company goals. • Handle sales inquiries from qualified leads and convert them into new clientele successfully. • Utilize CRM tools efficiently to gather and maintain accurate customer data for agents. • Schedule appointments with clients effectively and conduct them in a professional manner.
