Responsibilities: • Attend in-depth training sessions with the Gogan Team to develop and improve skills and knowledge • Efficiently utilize provided leads to successfully close home sales • Dedicate efforts to grow and diversify client base within the initial year • Improve communication skills to effectively guide buyers and sellers • Perfect the Buyer Presentation and deliver it professionally to clients • Generate purchase offers for buyer clients to streamline the closing process • Manage and nurture the customer pipeline effectively • Communicate with buyers and sellers to grasp their home preferences and locate suitable properties • Consistently follow up with leads to maximize sales opportunities • Engage with clients to identify their ideal home requirements and align them with suitable properties Qualifications: • Must have a willingness to adapt to new technologies, practices, and systems • Positive attitude and a strong desire for continuous learning • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and genuine manner • Holds a valid Real Estate license or is actively working towards obtaining one • Demonstrates determination and readiness to invest effort • Self-motivated and capable of working independently • Proficient in utilizing technology • Displays a team-player mindset and willing to support colleagues • Available for training sessions during the week Compensation: $100,000+
