We’re looking for an enthusiastic Entry-Level IT Recruiter to join our team. You’ll learn the ropes of IT recruiting, from sourcing candidates to building strong relationships with clients and candidates, while gaining valuable experience in a supportive environment.
*This role requires 3 days/week in our Lexington, SC office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Find Talent: Learn to source candidates using job boards, social media, and networking.
- Screen Candidates: Assist in interviewing and evaluating candidates for skills and cultural fit.
- Support Clients: Work with experienced recruiters to understand client needs and job requirements.
- Manage Pipeline: Help organize and track candidate progress throughout the hiring process.
- Learn the Market: Stay updated on IT industry trends and in-demand skills.
- Build Relationships: Develop connections with candidates to ensure a positive experience.
- Track Progress: Assist in reporting on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and candidate quality.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Interest in recruiting and the IT industry.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn recruitment software.
