Responsibilities: • Respond to Customer Inquiries: Address customer questions and provide detailed information about products and services. • Create Brand Awareness: Help promote clients’ brands through various marketing and sales strategies. • Participate in Team Meetings: Collaborate with other team members to discuss goals, strategies, and performance. • Develop Innovative Training Methods: Assist in developing new training techniques for our team to enhance productivity and sales results. • Attend Management Meetings: Engage with Leaders and management for business development and sales presentations. • Travel to Business Development Events: Represent the company at local and domestic events to build brand presence and network with potential clients. • Build and Maintain Customer Relationships: Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with customers on behalf of clients. • Promote Products and Services: Demonstrate a thorough understanding of our products to effectively communicate their benefits to customers. Qualifications: • Master multitasker with strong organizational abilities. • Detail-oriented and composed under pressure in a fast pace environment. • Previous work in a customer-facing position. • Presentation: Conducting presentations and demonstrations (client-dependent) • Electronic: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Growth | Development: Has a strong desire to learn and grow in a sales management role. • Communication: Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Leadership: Possesses leadership qualities and a “take-charge” personality. • Entrepreneurship: Has a business mindset and is eager to take on new challenges. Compensation: $35,000+
