The position starts with pre-screening potential clients, setting appointments, and supporting our non-attorney salesperson with follow-ups. As the role develops, you will receive extensive training and coaching in ethically and effectively selling legal services, eventually conducting your own sales calls and follow-ups. Responsibilities: Lead Qualification Pre-Conditioning: • Actively manage and follow up on all incoming leads, ensuring no opportunity is left behind. • Pre-condition leads to ensure they are a good fit for our services. Client Engagement: • Serve as the first point of contact for potential clients, providing them with a positive and professional experience. • Understand their needs and communicate how our firm can help. Follow-Up Mastery: • Implement and execute follow-up strategies to keep potential clients engaged and informed. • Use your persuasive skills to convert leads into consultations. Goal-Oriented Sales Development: • Engage in ongoing learning to master ethical and graceful legal service sales techniques. • Transition into conducting your own sales calls and follow-ups as proficiency is demonstrated. Qualifications: • High-energy and motivated, with a relentless drive to achieve and exceed goals. • NEPQ (Neuro-Emotional Persuasion Questioning) training or similar sales methodology training as part of your growth trajectory (preferred but not required). • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with potential clients. • Organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple leads and follow-up tasks efficiently. • Comfortable using Asana and other technology tools to manage leads and track performance. Compensation: $40,000 + bonuses
