As a Sales Representative at Maloney Landscapes, you will be responsible for outbound sales, estimating landscaping projects, and managing job sites. This role requires a proactive approach to client interactions and the ability to oversee projects from the initial estimate to completion. You will have the opportunity to build strong relationships with clients, ensuring that their landscaping visions come to life. Compensation • Base salary + commission structure • Commission: 10-15% on various jobs • High performers can expect total compensation of $80,000 - $95,000 per year Responsibilities: • Prospect and generate new business opportunities through outbound sales efforts (100-125 cold calls per week). • Qualify and estimate commercial landscaping projects , managing 10-20 active opportunities at a time. • Conduct on-site client consultations to assess needs and deliver customized solutions. • Drive the sales process from initial contact to contract closure , ensuring smooth project handoffs. • Develop and nurture long-term client relationships to foster repeat business and referrals. • Collaborate with operations and project teams to ensure alignment between sales promises and service delivery. • Maintain accurate sales records , track performance metrics, and provide regular reports on pipeline progress. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent certification. • Must have a valid driver’s license and dependable transportation. • Prior sales experience is a plus, particularly in landscaping or construction. • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. • Strong self-motivation with the ability to juggle multiple projects effectively. • Familiarity with project estimation and scope assessment is advantageous. Compensation: $80,000 - $95,000+ OTE
