Wolfe Perseverance is looking for a tenacious and self-driven Territory Sales Representative to join our growing team. As a Territory Sales Representative, you’ll be servicing the Atlanta GA and surrounding territory, helping drive sales through promoting products and services with our customers and generating new business opportunities for our clients. This is a hunter/farmer role and will provide opportunities for both maintaining existing business and cultivating new opportunities.

EXPERIENCE:
- Prior sales experience, preferably in a territory management or business development role
- Experience in customer facing roles is a plus including retail, customer service, hospitality, personal training, events, or sports
- Familiarity with CRM software, such as Salesforce
- Strong interpersonal skills including leadership
- Ability to negotiate effectively to close deals and drive revenue growth

With a consultative approach and ability to make recommendations for phones, internet, tv, and more that meet or exceed our customers’ requirements. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Work independently and effectively from a home/road office environment.
- Establish and build professional relationships with customers.
- Manage the sales process with proactive prospecting, qualification, management and progression of sales leads and prospects.
- Develop and create new business opportunities within the territory.
- Demonstrate a consultative approach to make recommendations with existing customers and principals.
- Coordinate the resolution of customer concerns and provide solutions.
- Provide local training and support to colleagues and customers.
- Manage and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction within the existing account base.
- Maintain and update internal CRM database and principal databases including updating Opportunities.
- Qualify lead opportunities through referrals and networks
SUCCESS FACTORS:
- 1-3 years of experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- A sincere motivation to help customers solve problems.
- Proven success at building rapport and possess the ability to provide solutions for customers and drive revenue growth.
- Demonstrate a consultative approach and ability to make effective recommendations to company prospects.
- Confident, hunter mentality with a strong work ethic.
