    We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Entry Level Supply Chain Specialist fluent in English and Mandarin to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage and improve day-to-day warehouse and supply chain operations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Job Duties:

    • Data Analysis and Reporting: Monitor daily operations, collect, analyze, and interpret data related to warehouse performance. Provide actionable recommendations to enhance quality and efficiency.
    • Perform administrative duties, including ordering supplies, managing inventory, and reviewing/disputing/processing invoices.
    • Coordinate and analyze operations with various departments to ensure adherence to budgets.
    • Develop and distribute standard operating procedures (SOPs) and protocols (e.g., checklists) to staff.
    • Communicate and coordinate effectively with staff and vendors as needed.
    • Review RGA issues, ensuring remade products are within company guidelines.
    • Onboard and train new staff to ensure adherence to department SOPs.
    • Assist with projects as assigned by management.

    Qualifications:

    • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems, including managing files and records.
    • Strong analytical and investigative skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and web-based applications.
    • Ability to understand and analyze data effectively.
    • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
    • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Training in Lewisville, TX for 2-3 months is mandatory before reporting to Garden Grove, CA.
    • Advanced verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
