    We are looking for an enthusiastic Entry-Level Territory Sales Representative to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. This role involves growing our market presence through identifying and securing new business opportunities. Compensation & Benefits: * OTE: Over $100,000 per year * Opportunities for advancement in a rapidly expanding organization * Friendly, collaborative work environment where you are valued as an individual, not just a cog in the machine Responsibilities: • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets within an assigned territory. • Generate new business through networking, cold calling, and referrals. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their security and integration needs. • Present and demonstrate the benefits of Langston Security’s products and services. • Create and negotiate comprehensive service and maintenance agreements. • Prepare and deliver customized proposals and quotes. • Track and report on sales activities, pipeline, and progress toward goals. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery. • Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies. Qualifications: • Proven success in outside sales, preferably in security, technology, or a related field. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. • Excellent organizational and time-management skills. • Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. • Experience in the security or technology industry is a plus. Compensation: $100,000+ annual OTE
