Job Description

Manage accounts payable processes, including invoice verification and payment processing.

Assist in data entry tasks related to financial transactions and vendor information.

Collaborate with IT team to ensure smooth functioning of software and systems used in accounts payable operations.

Support troubleshooting efforts for accounts payable software and resolve technical issues as needed.

Hardware: Disassemble and Reassemble desktop PCs, RAM, Hard Drives, Motherboard

Must be Bilingual

Experience:

Help desk: 1 year (Preferred)

Windows: 1 year (Preferred)

Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

100% (Preferred)
