JOB SUMMARY:

The Accounts Payable Specialist will support the Inotiv team by processing invoices in D365 and JDE, supporting SOX guidelines and assisting in special projects as assigned.

ON A TYPICAL DAY, THE AP SPECIALIST WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE INTOIV TEAM BY:

• Handling invoices for separate entities and vendors
• Working with vendors and internal business partners to resolve PO, receiving or other opportunities
• Provide inquiry status to internal business partners and external vendors
• Special projects as assigned by management

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES: 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn other accounting software systems. JDEdwards and/or D365 ERP systems experience is beneficial
• Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail
• Outstanding verbal and written communication
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to change
• Data entry skills
• General math skills
• High School Diploma
• Prefer 2+ years prior work experience
