    Summary:

    Our award-winning client is seeking an Environment Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to join their team! This role will Lead and implement a comprehensive EHS program at our CA manufacturing facility. Drive a culture of safety and environmental responsibility, ensuring compliance with regulations and minimizing risks.


    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee all aspects of environmental, health, and safety programs, including compliance, performance, and sustainability initiatives.

    • Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local environmental regulations, corporate guidelines, and industry standards.

    • Conduct regular risk assessments, identify potential hazards, and implement preventive measures to minimize accidents and injuries.

    • Investigate accidents, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

    • Develop and deliver training programs to employees on safety, environmental compliance, and emergency response procedures.

    • Lead and mentor the EHS team, fostering a positive and proactive safety culture.

    • Prepare and submit required reports to regulatory agencies and internal stakeholders.


    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Safety Management, Environmental Health, or related field.

    • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing safety.

    • 3-5 years of experience leading teams and managing projects.

    • Strong understanding of OSHA, EPA, and DOT regulations.

    • Experience conducting risk assessments and audits.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
