    Provide Project Management for asbestos, lead, IH, and IAQ/Mold and restoration consulting services. Provide coordination and oversight of small to large-scale restoration projects including scheduling, assessment, sampling and review. Preparing proposals, writing/reviewing technical reports, drafting invoices and reviewing project profitability.

    The ideal candidate will have:

    B.S./B.A. degree in environmental science, industrial hygiene, or another related field.

    Minimum 5 years of related consulting work.

    Minimum 5 years experience in the restoration field, including assessing buildings for damage due to water or fire and providing protocols for restoring the structure to a pre-loss condition

    Familiarity with IICRC standards and recommendations

    Demonstrable technical writing skills

    Experience in industrial hygiene sampling and worker exposure monitoring sampling for various analytes, including scope and sampling methodology development. Knowledgeable of OSHA PEL’s, NIOSH, and ANSI standards and guidelines

    Experience in Environmental Site Assessments (Phase I/II/III) and site remediation

    Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently

    Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    Proven proficiency with Microsoft Office suite including Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Outlook.

    Experience with AutoCad or drafting software preferred

    The following certifications and accreditations are preferred but not required..

    Indoor Air Quality or Microbial Assessment certification or accreditation preferred (CIEC, CIE or similar)

    Asbestos Building Inspector

    Lead Inspector/Risk Assessor
