Responsibilities: What You’ll Do: • Oversee and direct the daily activities of a crew • Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and safely according to customer requirements • Maintain a safe and productive work environment, enforcing all safety protocols and procedures • Conduct regular job site inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure the quality of work • Train and develop crew members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment • Maintain accurate records of daily work activities in Field FX ticketing software • Communicate effectively with clients, internal managers, and other team members, keeping them informed on job progress and addressing any concerns • Operate all equipment necessary to perform core business functions Qualifications: • High School Diploma/GED • CDL A (Preferred) • HAZWOPER (Preferred) • OSHA 10 • AEP Certified • CPR/First Aid • Confined Space Entry Rated • 3+ years of experience in the environmental/industrial sphere Skills & Abilities: • Heavy Equipment Operation (Preferred) • Manlift Operation (Preferred) • Proficiency with Microsoft Products • Proficiency with Field FX • Ability to Define and Execute on the Scope of Work and Excludable Work • Strong organizational skills • Ability to multitask and delegate effectively • Excellent communication and leadership skills • Knowledge of operating within OSHA standards • Positive attitude and unwavering commitment to safety • Project Management Awareness Preferred Competencies: • We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a proven track record of success in leading and motivating crews. You must be comfortable working in a dynamic environment and possess excellent problem-solving skills. Compensation: $24 - $28 hourly
