Responsibilities:
• Perform mitigation work for water, mold, fire, storm, and biohazard damages following industry protocols.
• Ensure that all work meets safety, quality, and compliance standards for environmental remediation.
• Assist in inventorying contents, packing out jobs, and removing damaged materials to facilitate restoration.
• Oversee site organization and ensure work premises are left in a neat and orderly condition after each shift.
• Use and maintain specialized equipment, including moisture meters, air scrubbers, dehumidifiers and STARC modular wall systems.
• Assist in creating and updating moisture mapping software for job tracking and compliance.
• Ensure that all necessary paperwork is signed, and ensure documentation is submitted correctly.
• Report any client concerns, additional equipment needs, or project developments to management promptly.
• Participate in on-call rotations for after-hours emergency mitigation response.
• Respond to emergency calls and ensure mitigation services are executed promptly and professionally.
