    Environmental Phase I ESA/Property Condition Assessment Leader

    Sierra Piedmont Engineers & Geologists is seeking to retain an experienced Phase I/Property Condition Assessment leader with a passion for client service to manage Sierra's due diligence department. The position is an important leadership and management position within the environmental engineering industry and requires 5+ years of proven experience in this service area. Phase I ESA and Pro perty Condition Assessment Experience is required. The successful candidate will also have a B.S. or M.S. in engineering, architecture, geology or a construction services background and be able to show examples of contributing to a client execution team while exhibiting a high degree of self-direction.

    The right candidate will be a master multi-tasker with a high energy level, strong work ethic, and excellent organization abilities in traditional project management including setting up projects, executing field work, writing reports, hiring sub-contractors, and compiling project summaries.

    • Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (field, report, project management)

    • Project management (fully executing scope of work, ensuring field tasks meet internal and external requirements while adhering to cost and time budgets)
    • Client relationship management
