    Environmental Project Manager

    Our client is expanding its team and seeking a skilled Project Manager, a Geologist, or Environmental Engineer to join their Pensacola, FL (or Dallas, TX) Office. Relocation assistance is authorized for this role.

Our client specializes in custom solutions in Environmental Management and Planning, Civil Design Engineering, Environmental Restoration, Natural & Water Resources, Health & Safety, and Technology with offices operating within the U.S.

    What We Are Looking For:

    The Project Manager they seek is a problem-solver and an environmental strategist known for firsthand practical experience in investigations and assessments who is ready to lead their team. A Geologist or Engineer who enjoys working on a wide range of projects in an environment that fosters creativity, collaboration at all levels in a culture of support.

    What You Will Be Doing:

    • Planning and executing large-scale investigations of soil/groundwater contamination and vapor intrusion studies under CERCLA and RCRA.

    • Guiding and mentoring field teams and junior staff.

    • Compiling and interpreting investigation data, preparation of technical reports.

    • Authoring technical reports and evaluating and implementing responses/corrective actions.

    • Supporting marketing/business development efforts.

    • Project sites will include Superfund sites, large, complex federal facilities/military installations, and commercial/industrial properties.

    What You Will Need:

    • BS in Geology, Civil, Chemical, or Environmental Engineering.

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience.

    • Professional licensure in Geology or Engineering is required.

    • Previous experience executing projects under federal assessment, remediation, and munitions programs preferred.

    • Current HAZWOPER Certification is desirable.

    • Valid driver’s license to operate a vehicle in the U.S.

    • Ability to lift 50 lbs. throughout the day.

    • Regional travel up to 35% on an annual basis.
