Title: Maine Radon & Environmental Installation Professional
Reports To: Brandon Lussier
Service Area: Southern and Central Maine
Purpose of Position: First and foremost, to educate clients about the importance of radon testing and the benefits of radon mitigation. Additionally, to provide unmatched solutions to client’s radon issues by installing the best systems possible while delivering unparalleled customer service. Lastly, to offer all clients our full line of product offerings for other indoor air quality solutions while doing so with the upmost integrity and professionalism.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Complete all required training courses and exams for the National Radon Proficiency Program (NRPP) and State of Maine to obtain a primary radon measurement license
In conjunction with the owner of business and other employees, perform installations of radon mitigation and other complementary environmental products in homes and other structures throughout Maine
All installations to be completed following system designs that meet or exceed AARST/ANSI installation requirements
Be physically capable of tasks including, but not limited to: carrying and climbing ladders, accessing crawlspaces and attics, climbing to and walking on roofs, etc.
Adherence to all Maine Radon & Environmental, National Radon Defense, NRPP, and State of Maine brand standards, operating standards, and licensing standards
Self-motivated, good communication skills, and ability to interact well with clients
Compensation:
Salaried position
Bonus/incentive pay available

Company vehicle will be provided to the employee to take to each job site
All tools and equipment needed to perform this job will be provided by the employer

25% (Preferred)
