Responsibilities: • Perform tasks like power washing, material movement, and general labor in the field to support the team effectively as a reliable teammate. • Uphold the CORE values, provide guidance, and offer instructions to new team members to lead by example. • Demonstrate proficiency in operating hand tools, power tools, light equipment, and some heavy machinery while strictly following safety protocols. • Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and promote the proper use of safety equipment as a safety champion. • Share expertise and act as a valuable resource for other team members in the field. Qualifications: • The Environmental Technician position in Mishawaka, IN, US requires experience working in industrial settings and the ability to thrive in a team environment. • Candidates must have a strong focus on safety, and maintaining a clean record free of significant safety violations or incidents. • Adaptability, resourcefulness, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting are essential qualities for the role. • The ideal candidate should possess creative problem-solving skills and a strong work ethic, including the ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds regularly and work outdoors in various weather conditions. • Excellent communication and teamwork skills are a must for this position, as the candidate should be a team player. • Detail-oriented individuals who maintain a positive attitude, demonstrate a commitment to safety, understand OSHA standards, and can complete accurate documentation are encouraged to apply for this role.
