Responsibilities: • Support the team effectively by performing tasks such as power washing, material movement, and general labor in the field. • Lead by example by upholding the CORE values, providing guidance, and offering instructions to new team members. • Operate hand tools, power tools, light equipment, and some heavy machinery proficiently while strictly following safety protocols. • Champion safety by ensuring compliance with OSHA standards and promoting the proper use of safety equipment. • Act as a valuable resource for other team members in the field, sharing expertise and knowledge.
