We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Immigration Paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of EOIR processes and procedures, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for helping clients achieve their immigration goals. **Must Have A Minimum Of 3 Years of EOIR Immigration Law Experience. **Must Be Able To Speak And Write Spanish Fluently **IN-OFFICE POSITION Responsibilities: • Conduct legal research on immigration laws, regulations, and procedures • Assist attorneys in preparing and filing immigration petitions, applications, and supporting documentation • Prepare and maintain case files, including organizing documents and correspondence. • Draft legal documents, such as affidavits, declarations, and client letters • Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and provide updates on case status • Assist in preparing clients for interviews and hearings Qualifications: • Strong knowledge of immigration laws, regulations, and procedures • Proven experience working as an Immigration Paralegal for a minimum of 3 years • Proficient in legal research and document management systems • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously • Project management: Ability to effectively manage multiple immigration cases simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met. • Legal research: Proficient in conducting thorough legal research on immigration laws, regulations, and procedures. • Law: Strong understanding of immigration laws and regulations. • Document review: Experience in reviewing and analyzing legal documents for accuracy and completeness. Compensation: $20 - $27 hourly
