Responsibilities:
Develop, support, and maintain system design, build documents, and related system documentation.
Provide application support for incidents reported via the help desk.
Adhere to organizational standards for system configuration and change control.
Build strong relationships with end users, customers, and business partners.
Participate in and contribute to meetings across the facility.
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, escalating complex problems as needed.
Create new reports using third-party report writing tools for Clarity data.
Provide expertise in Epic product functionality, design, build, and testing for EpicCare Ambulatory or assigned Epic modules.
Collaborate with end users to design, build, and enhance Epic systems professionally and efficiently.
Lead small to medium Epic software upgrades or workflow enhancement projects, including design, build, and testing phases.
Qualifications:
Certification in one of Epic’s primary applications (e.g., EpicCare Ambulatory, Inpatient, OpTime, Willow, Stork, ASAP, Resolute Billing, Prelude/ADT, Cadence). Certification does not need to be current.
Clinical licensure or background preferred.
Proven experience coordinating projects and teams.
Ability to work as an Epic consultant without restrictions from non-compete or non-solicitation agreements.
Full-cycle Epic implementation and optimization experience.
