Assist in designing and developing custom reports and dashboards in Epic for actionable insights.
Support the Revenue Cycle and Epic Directors in managing tickets with the Epic Community Connect host site to address system issues and enhancements.
Partner with the Revenue Cycle Director to improve functionality between Epic and clearinghouse systems.
Contribute to creating and delivering end-user training sessions to enhance staff proficiency in Epic tools.
Leverage Epic PB certification(s) and RHIA/RHIT/CPC credentials to ensure best practices in system and revenue cycle management.
Utilize over 7 years of experience in Epic, including reporting, build, logic, claims adjudication, data analysis, and training.
Apply expertise in clearinghouse systems, with over 7 years of experience, to streamline claim processing and resolution.
Bring valuable insights from public health, community health, and clinic revenue cycles, particularly within Mississippi healthcare settings, including FQHCs and RHCs.
