We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Integration Specialist to manage and optimize the interface between Epic's Professional Billing (PB) and Healthy Planet modules. This role is pivotal in aligning clinical population health initiatives with seamless financial workflows, ensuring operational efficiency and revenue optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

Module Integration: Configure and maintain interfaces between Healthy Planet and PB to ensure accurate data flow for care coordination, billing, and quality reporting.

Workflow Optimization: Design streamlined workflows linking population health management activities to financial processes, including claims submission and payment posting.

Data Accuracy: Ensure consistency in shared patient demographics, insurance details, and clinical data across both modules.

Risk Adjustment Support: Facilitate accurate HCC coding and billing processes tied to risk-adjusted payment models.

Analytics and Reporting: Collaborate with stakeholders to generate insights from Healthy Planet and PB data, tracking financial performance and population health metrics.

Quality Incentive Programs: Support tracking and submission of claims tied to value-based care contracts.

Qualifications:

Certification or demonstrated expertise in Epic Professional Billing (PB) and Healthy Planet modules.

Strong understanding of population health management and revenue cycle operations.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical, financial, and IT stakeholders.

Experience in value-based care and risk-adjusted payment methodologies is a plus.
