We are seeking a certified Epic Willow with Beacon Consultant the design, implementation, and optimization of pharmacy and oncology workflows. The role involves collaboration with clinicians, pharmacists, and IT teams to ensure seamless system functionality and compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Epic Willow Support: Configure and optimize inpatient and outpatient pharmacy workflows, manage formularies, and maintain system settings.

Epic Beacon Support: Build and refine oncology workflows, ensuring accurate treatment protocols and pathways.

Testing & Troubleshooting: Conduct system testing, resolve issues, and ensure updates do not disrupt workflows.

Training & Support: Train end users, provide ongoing support, and bridge communication between IT and clinical teams.

Compliance: Maintain compliance with HIPAA, pharmacy standards, and document system configurations.

Qualifications:

Required:

Epic Willow Certification.

3+ years of Epic Willow experience.

Knowledge of oncology workflows and pharmacy operations.

Preferred:

Epic Beacon Certification or oncology EHR experience.

Background in clinical or oncology pharmacy.

Skills:

Problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Experience with clinical workflows and EHR optimization.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Healthcare, IT, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
