    Currently we are seeking a Epicor Product Configurator Specialist to join our team and be an essential part of our manufacturing team. This person is skilled in creating and maintaining new Product Configurators based on Engineering designs as well as maintaining existing Configurators based on design changes. This role requires both technical and functional expertise to ensure alignment between engineering, sales, and organizational objectives. The position reports to the Director of IT.

    Your Role in Our Mission:

    Develop and implement product configurators for new and existing products.

    Maintain product configurators based on engineering design changes.

    Communicates information within appropriate areas of the organization, Engineering, Production, Sales, IT, and other departments as necessary.

    Work with Engineering on the implementation processes for new product options.

    Analyze and interpret functional/technical engineering diagrams and designs as they apply to the product, their bill of materials and method of manufacture.

    Design and maintain the product configurator UIs.

    Develop, write, and maintain system product configurator rules of moderate to high complexity.

    Work with other team members to maintain ERP system on continual basis.

    Collaborate with other IT team members regarding solution planning and development.

    Provide both IT and ERP technical support.

    Provide ERP end user training.

    Respond promptly to changes in priorities and business requirements.

    Ensure that all projects are completed according to schedule, within scope and within budget.

    Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

    Track ERP performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.

    Other duties as assigned.

    To Perform this Job Successfully:

    Bachelor’s degree or associate degree in computer science, engineering or related field, or related work experience with minimum of four years’ programming experience.

    Skilled with ERP systems such as Epicor and other computer software including but not limited to, Word, Excel, Power BI, SolidWorks, SSQL Server, SSRS.

    Ability to read and understand technical documents.

    Experience with data manipulation and data migrations.

    Solid understanding of manufacturing and manufacturing processes in an industrial environment.

    Possess solid understanding of computer programming and configurator logic to include C#, BAQs, BPMs, Functions

    Excellent project management and creative thinking skills, open to direction and collaborative work style with the commitment to get the job done.
