    THE OPPORTUNITY

    Our dynamic Marketing team is looking for an experienced leader who can bring their expertise as a digital marketing and demand generation marketer to execute and grow our customer engagement programs and campaigns. The SR. MANAGER, DEMAND GENERATION AND MARKETING OPERATIONS will be responsible on a day-to-day basis for maintaining the marketing technology stack, creating innovative processes and analyzing marketing campaign success. In addition, the role will be responsible for leading lifecycle end-to-end reporting and workflow management/project management processes for the entire Marketing organization. The person in the role will work closely with our Sales and Marketing teams to maximize the impact of our Marketing programs.  

    You’ll have carefully selected marketing/sales technologies at your fingertips (Pardot, Salesforce, Cloundingo, Bombora, Salesloft, etc) with the opportunity to influence future technology selection. Your work will drive engagement with qualified prospects, helping the Sales team to create pipeline. You’ll use technology and data to target better and improve our marketing programs – ultimately allowing us to create a better experience for our potential customers.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Be the Demand Generation owner working closely with VP, Marketing to develop and manage the execution of our demand gen strategy ultimately owning and creating the marketing pipeline for Episource’s software and services business.

    • Drive Episource’s ABM (account based marketing) strategy for top Strategic Customer Account targets in our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)

    • Manage a team responsible for demand generation, digital marketing and marketing operations.

    • Support Marketing and Sales leadership with monthly, quarterly and annual forecasting and performance insights.

    • Create and execute end-to-end integrative marketing campaigns that communicate the value Episource provides to customers using on and offline channels including email, direct mail, webinars, advertising, paid sponsorship, panel participation.

    • Manage marketing programs that influence the entire buying cycle from acquisition to close, driving pipeline growth and improving pipeline velocity.

    • Measure and analyze program performance regularly, adjusting tactics as required to ensure results are achieved and goals exceeded.

    • Work in partnership with Sales Executives (SEs), Business Development Representatives (BDRs) and sales leadership to maintain alignment through consistent reporting, feedback and campaigns.

    • Participate in improving internal campaign production workflows- continuously recommend new technology and processes to improve campaign effectiveness and team efficiency.

    • Manage marketing operations to optimize lead management and workflows to ensure increased efficiencies and conversion rates across the marketing & sales funnel

    • Work with acquisition and lifecycle/retention marketers to ensure they have the tools, processes, and capabilities needed to execute marketing, track the effectiveness of campaigns, and convert traffic to leads to transactions.

    • Manage overall demand gen/marketing automation budget and ensure we are within budget each quarter.

    • Properly measure and report on multi-channel marketing strategies across SEO/SEM, PPC, social media, video, email marketing, events, advertising (both digital and off-line), content marketing, etc.

    • Own reporting and analysis of marketing effectiveness across the entire lifecycle (not just acquisition)

    • Clean/upload lists from field campaigns into Pardot

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

    • 5-7 years B2B SaaS enterprise demand generation experience including at a growing B2B SaaS organization
    • Experience building and managing marketing technology stack
    • Experience with ABM strategy and executione
    • Extensive experience with marketing automation systems, preferably in a B2B environment. Pardot preferred.
    • Experience with Salesforce CRM including responsibility for field creation, dashboards, analytics, workflows, and automation building.
    • Extensive knowledge of and experience with data analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, Triblio)
    • Excellent project management skills and a proven ability to hit deadlines on complex projects
    • Excellent organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills; capable of interfacing well across multiple skills within and across the company
    • Expert at campaign management best practices
    • Proven ability to collaborate across departments, especially with sales
    • Superb written and verbal communication skills
    • Exceptional analytical skills, i.e. ability to assemble and interpret data to make data-driven decisions
    • Knowledge of and experience in managing the marketing funnel is required in order to fulfill the key requirements of this role
    • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets; ability to pull data from pivot tables, perform v-lookups, match data sets

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • SaaS Enterprise B2B marketing experience
    • Strong technical capabilities, including basic ability of CSS and HTML

    EDUCATION

    • Relevant BA/BS degree
    • MBA, preferred

    WORKING CONDITIONS

    • Working conditions are normal for an office environment. 
    • Requires prolonged sitting, some standing, some bending, stooping and stretching, requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard, photocopier, telephone, and other office equipment.
    • Work may require occasional weekend and/or evening work.
    • 5-10% of domestic travel.
