Customer Service Representative / Call Center
Seeking a driven individual to be a part of Epoch Sleep Center’s customer service team.
Job functions include:
Managing large amount of inbound/outbound calls, processing patient reports, updating account info, following up with office for clinical information, multi-tasking and outstanding customer service skills. Individual must be comfortable with working in a FAST PACED ENVIRONMENT, using computer-based programs, email and working in a team setting. The position will be in our call center- Lincoln, RI. Current positions available are full time working 40 hours per week.
Shift Hours:
Regular day (8:30AM- 5PM) MON- FRI
Willing to work until 7pm occasionally
Must be open to working one Saturday a month
** Ability to speak and write Spanish is required **
** Ability to speak and write Portuguese is a plus**
High school diploma or equivalent required. Medical office or DME or Call Center experience is a plus. Computer Skills a must. Must have excellent data entry skills.
