We are seeking an Entry Level Sales Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information. Specialized training will prepare individuals to work with customers to provide a unique and pleasant sales experience, which fosters the acquisition of quality customers and long-term customer loyalty. Although the nature of the role requires sales, we're more excited to be working with candidates who encompass a range of skills including customer service, leadership, communications, and public speaking. Responsibilities: * Provide product knowledge and sales information about our Client, Verizon Fios. * Troubleshoot and resolve issues and concerns the customer may be facing. * Follow up on residential leads, which are provided to the employee. * Document and update customer records based on interactions. * Day-to-day can incorporate visiting customers at their home or at events that would be set up by the client. * Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services. Qualifications: * Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields, experience not to exceed 5 years. * Ability to build rapport with clients. * Ability to prioritize and multitask. * Positive and professional demeanor. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Desire to participate in professional development and take on new responsibilities. * Self-motivated and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
