Cedar Park Group is seeking a skilled Equipment Operator with experience handling a variety of excavation equipment on commercial and signage installation projects. The ideal candidate will have strong operational knowledge of mini excavators, 200 series excavators , and similar machinery, with the ability to work efficiently and safely in site prep and digging tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a variety of equipment, including mini excavators and 200 series excavators.
• Excavate small-scale footers and trenches for signage foundations and other utilities.
• Ensure safe and efficient operation in tight or controlled spaces.
• Inspect, clean, and maintain equipment daily.
• Assist with general labor when machinery is not in use.
• Follow site plans and supervisor directions precisely.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and site protocols at all times.

Requirements

• Proven experience operating excavation equipment.
• Familiarity with working on small-scale footers , especially for signage.
• Ability to read and follow site plans.
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
• Must have reliable transportation and be punctual.
• OSHA 10 preferred (or willingness to obtain).
