Looking for a responsible and experienced equipment operator, to excavate and backfill plumbing and electrical trenches for commercial construction projects. Along with being able to load and haul equipment between jobsites as well as maintaining equipment and trailer. This position will also include manual labor to assist in jobsite productivity, cleanliness and other duties as requested by site superintendent. Responsibilities: Responsibilites included but not limited to: • Equipment operator must have experience with skid loaders, mini excavators, trenchers, etc • Perform routine checks to ensure machinery operates at optimal levels • Able to perform physical work such as shoveling, sweeping, lifting materials • Follow standard operating procedures and health and safety guidelines Qualifications: • CDL with clean driving history • Experience loading equipment and towing trailers • Able to lift up to 50lbs • Strong interpersonal skills • Good judgement with the ability to make timely and sound decisions • Ability to understand and enforce any and all safety requirements and cautions • Knowledge of OSHA laws Compensation: $25 - $30 hourly
