  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    • Clean roulette wheels, shuffling equipment, card counting equipment, and other gaming equipment as needed
    • Provide inspection and monitoring of live tables
    • Assessment and control of daily table equipment monitoring and making decisions about needed actions
    • Carry out the transportation of cards and equipment from and to equipment rooms
    • Monitor data in real time and act accordingly in the best interest of the studio’s results
    • Monitor and track equipment in stock
    • Ensure equipment availability 24/7
    • Organize equipment utilization
    • Count, inspect, sort, change, and otherwise handle cards by the internal rules
    • Uphold all other Evolution policies and procedures and state regulatory requirements on an as-needed basis
    • Accuracy and efficiency in card counting
    • Optimizing equipment and card utilizations
    • Monitoring and controlling equipment
    • Supporting Evolution Connecticut’s Game Integrity and Risk
    • department
    • Maintaining compliance with state regulatory requirements
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Flexibility (Ability to work different shifts)
    • Language knowledge (English)
    • Ability to maintain assigned daily, weekly, and monthly tasks and meet deadlines as needed
    • High sense of personal and team accountability
    • Work independently and in a team
    • Strong cooperation skills; Quick reaction and attention to detail
    • This position requires strong hand-and-eye coordination, ability to visually see all colors, and well as the ability to sit and stand for extended periods (90min or so). The position entails bending, flexing and constant dexterity and wrist movement.
    • Must be comfortable lifting up to 20lbs and handling loads of up to 100lbs as needed.
